BYOB was an essential part of my postpartum recovery.

It gave me the opportunity to get out of the house, move my body in a safe and supportive way, and connect with other moms who were in a similar stage of life. Before joining, I never imagined I’d be able to strength train while caring for a newborn, but BYOB made it not only possible, but enjoyable. Having the support of The Nanny Company on-site was incredible—it allowed me to focus on my workout knowing my baby was being cared for. I’m so grateful for the community, support, and confidence BYOB helped me build during my postpartum journey.

Please Note:

to participate in this program, your baby must be no older than 6 months at the start date

We understand this requirement may feel limiting, and we truly appreciate your understanding. 

The safety of both you and your baby is our number one priority. As this is a strength training program involving heavier weights, it’s important that babies are not yet mobile to ensure a safe environment for everyone.

If your baby starts to move at any point, we kindly ask that they remain in a secure, enclosed space that limits their movement (such as a playpen, bouncer, or activity centre) so they can stay safe while you train.
