ERICA
The Gang is the fitness home I’ve been searching for. The structure of the program allows for clients to build genuine and meaningful connections while encouraging accountability. The program itself is unlike most “group fitness” gyms through its use of progressive overload and heavy strength focus over the 14 week session. Outside of the gym, the trainers provide detailed nutrition education that cuts through the fads and myths... I feel like I could do this in my 20s, 30s, 40s, and beyond.

The Gang Fitness has truly changed all aspects of my life… my physical health and my mental and emotional health. The change in my physical strength was what I first noticed, but not too long after I had a shift in mindset and a new found confidence in myself and what I am capable of. Jo and her team are the best, most supportive, and encouraging people I’ve ever met and I am so thankful for my experience getting to learn from them and train in such a rewarding and fulfilling community!

I joined the gang two months ago. I had a baby two years ago, so it had been nearly three years since I had worked out. I was scared, and embarrassed about not being able to do the same things I used to, and I dreaded going into a gym... I finally joined the Fall program and wow. The trainers are amazing - so kind, energetic, and supportive. Most of all, I love the ethos of this space - it is about making ourselves the strongest versions of ourselves.
